This is a brand-new home that has been lovingly cared for. I have only lived here for about three months, and it is still in excellent, like-new condition.

I live in the home with my teenage daughter and our two friendly indoor cats. We maintain a clean, peaceful, and respectful environment and are looking for tenants who value the same.
There are 3 private furnished bedrooms available for rent, and the tenants will share a full bathroom. Common areas, including the kitchen, living room, and laundry room, are shared and kept clean!
